Up or Down?
Many steps go into planning your wedding and one of them is your hair style. When choosing a hairstyle, there are several things to take into consideration: Are you doing an indoor or outdoor ceremony? Are you planning on wearing a veil or flowers in your hair? What kind of climate/time of year are you getting married in?
Outdoor events tend to be a little more casual and relaxed and it might be a better choice to go with a loose flowing style, than a stiff and formal up do.
If you plan to wear a veil or flowers, be sure the style you choose compliments your accessories. Although you may prefer your hair down, consider how it will hold up throughout the night and maybe opt for a half-up/half-down look or a loose chignon (as seen on Michelle Trachenberg).Whether you chose a professional stylist or someone you know to do your hair, the best advice we can give you is to do a practice session. You won't regret the minimal amount of additional money and time spent to assure that your hairstyle is exactly what you envisioned. Bring a photo of the hair style you desire to your stylist and have someone take a picture of your hairstyle complete with accessories. It will be just the evidence you need to make your decision.
