Here is one item we should applaud! Let's hear it for Baggu Bags. With so many re-usable grocery bags to choose from these days, when we do end up buying them, we often forget to use them.

Well, this mother and daughter team worked out the kinks for us - they created a bag that was light-weight, durable, affordable and easy to fold up several into your purse. With a palate of 40 colors to choose from, this would fit anyones' style. So, whether you need multiple bags or need only one, this is the perfect solution.

Bamboo Surf

We found these great looking and eco-friendly babmboo surf boards via Lei Chic. Gary Young, who lives and surfs on the Big Island of Hawaii, found a way to make his perfect surfboard. In addition to surfboards he creates paddles, snowboards, and drum sets. He credits "mana" (energy) from the volcano as the inspiration for his creative ideas.

Felize Fiesta!

You know you entered a party when you see these bright colors! Use the above inspirations to create your own casual and colorful Cinco de Mayo fiesta.

The flag banner will add authentic Mexican culture and flare to your party, while vibrant plates inspired by fruit such as: hot peppers, bananas, and papaya add color to your tabletop. Use playful and practical paper flowers for your centerpiece, Mexican flag-inspired place mats and dazzling votive candles to set the mood. For a final touch, the obligatory pinata in a surprising shape and personalized hot sauce favors for your guests to take home.

This celebration is all about color, so don't be afraid to be bright and bold!

A Triple Threat

Photos are from here.

Recently, one of our summer brides had the idea of bringing fuchsia, black and white together as her wedding palette. We started researching and found the perfect inspiration board that had the perfect shade and style. This might be too bold for some, so take a look at our inspiration board that is soft and subtle yet still combines fuchsia, black and white.
